Trailer Tire that Fits 15-inch x 7-inch Wheel

15 x 7 rim 6 hole pattern - What is the optimum E rated trailer tire size ? Is 225 75 R 15 the optimum size ?

There is not an optimum E-rated trailer tire size, you will need to choose tires that fit your rim and that have the correct load rating for your trailer.

For example, you mentioned you had a 15" x 7" rim so for a tire that has a load rating of E that fits a rim of that size you could use the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TR225LRE.

This tire fits 15" diameter rims and has a maximum load capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi; the load capacity is per tire. When inflated the tire is 28.31 inches in diameter with a section width of 8.78".
