Tire Chains For a 2010 Honda Ridgeline with 245/65R17 Tires
Question:
I see that you are recommending this for the 2010 Honda Ridgeline. Are the clearances effective? I see two recommendations but those are about your company not the product. Thanks.

The Glacier Tire Chains, # PW1046, are for the 2010 Honda Ridgeline RT and RTS with 245/65R17 tires so the first thing you will want to do is check your tire size to verify the size you have. These chains require 15mm of clearance around the tire.
You will need to consult your vehicle owners manual for specific information on the use of tire chains. If your owners manual mention a specific clearance assigned with a letter, these chains are Class S chains which are for vehicles with limited wheel-well clearance.
If you determine you can use these chains I also recommend using the Rubber Adjusters, # PW99, to make installing and tensioning the chains quick and easy. I have also included a link to our tire chain FAQ article for you to review.
