How to Use a Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2018 Ford F-250 with the Factory Prep Package

I have a reese 16k 5th wheel hitch and I have a 2018 f250 with the gooseneck and 5th wheel package already installed can I use the rp30156 rail system for my 16k reese 5th wheel hitch with out buying a new hitch
