Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited
Question:
I am considering purchasing the Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited 2018, however only if I can put a trailer hitch on it for my stow away or bike rack. Can it be done? So far the dealers say no because of the wiring.

For your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13383 is a fit. It will work well for your bike rack or other accessory.
If you want to add trailer wiring, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT which will draw power from the vehicle battery and will capture the signals without splicing into the vehicle wiring at all. This will allow you to protect your vehicle electronics while still giving you that function.
I then recommend an adjustable ball mount like # BWTS10035B to tow level. This ball mount also has a very cool stowable feature when not in use for a clean look. I recommend the locking hitch pin like # e98880 to secure your ball mount and deter theft.
