Concealed Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Toyota Sienna

I want to install a trailer hitch on my 2018 Toyota Sienna and would prefer one that is as hidden as possible, which one should I get?

For your 2018 Toyota Sienna the hitch I recommend is the Draw Tite part # 76112 which is a confirmed fit and would be the least visible option we have. It has higher towing capacities and a great price as well. Only the hitch opening will hang down below the rear bumper too which means it won't be super visible either. Check out the install video I attached for more info as well.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the Tekonsha # 118498 for if you have an SE model or part # 118648 if not. Install videos are attached for these as well.
If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
