Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-150 FX4

Question:

I have a 2018 Ford F150 SuperCrew with FX4. I am going to remove the 1.5 spacer in the rear to level the truck and wanted to know if I should get the 4x4 version or the 4x2 version since I will remove the spacer?

Actually the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Item # TFR1504E that you referenced is the recommended kit for both the 4x2 and 4x4 versions of your 2018 Ford F-150 FX4.

This kit has a spacer that you can remove if you find that the ride is too harsh when the truck is unloaded. If the spacer on your truck that you are removing will bring the distance between the frame and the axle closer together you most likely will want to also not use the Timbren spacer.
