We have just what you need to install an autoslider fifth wheel hitch in the bed of your 2018 Ford F-350 short bed. For a hitch you'd want the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550038 if you need a 21k capacity or the part # DM8550024 for an 18k capacity. Both of these hitches will automatically slide as you make tight turns to give you the clearance needed.
