Troubleshooting Brake Controller that Shows Connection to Trailer All the Time
Question:
I was given this controller for my 2003 f-150 with the Already wired plug. It works. But the green light stays On even with the ignition switch off. Shouldn’t it turn Off?

The green light of the Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 indicates that a trailer connection is sensed. If this light is on all the time it's almost always due to corrosion built up on the trailer wiring connector giving a false connection reading. Try cleaning off the pins and you should see it start to work again.
