How to Re-Install the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit Part # 83660
Question:
I have my old friction sway bar and am removing it from an old trailer to another one I recently purchased. I do not have an instruction guide for the installation of the sway bar nor the instructions for use. Can you please send me a copy of each for me to re-install onto the recently purchased used trailer.... thanks

I have attached the installation and owner's manual of the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660 to this answer for you. If you have any questions please let me know. It is not recommended to reuse the mounting hardware so I suggest using the Self Tapping Screw for Sway Control Ball Plate Assembly part # 3403 when you remount it. You will need six of them. We also have the Reese Sway-Control Bracket part # RP26003 if you no longer have your old one.
