The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET that you referenced is actually a great choice for towing your 1985 Lance camper with your 2018 Nissan Titan XD. It features a 4-point sway control that will definitely improve the sway feeling that you get when getting passed by semi trucks or other larger vehicles as well as help improve any squat that you may have in your towing setup.
This system comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball so the only other thing you need for the installation is a 1-7/8" thin-walled socket like part # EQ70-00-4800 to install the hitch ball.
The Equal-i-zer part you referenced has a tongue weight (TW) range of 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs. Since a properly loaded trailer should have a TW that is 10-15% of the weight of the loaded trailer this puts the TW range of your Lance camper at 550 lbs - 855 lbs. As long as the loaded TW of your loaded trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Titan XD (like a cooler) is within the 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs TW range of this system (which it likely is) then I recommend going with this specific WD system.
If you are not sure what the loaded TW of your trailer is, you can use a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 or one of the other methods described in the attached article.
