If you check out the second half of the review video I attached for the Truck Bed Cargo Camera for Factory Monitor # 3460015 you'll see our installer show how the camera wires in. Basically you replace the truck's third brake light with this and then route the wire of it through the headliner up to the center portion of the dash.
