Cover Recommendation for 2010 Jayco Eagle RLDS in Windy Cold Climate

Question:

The covers we have bought before seem to big and only last one year before they tear and rip. We have protected corners and sharp edges with rags, duct tape and the gutters with tennis balls. We live in Eastern Colorado and the covers dont stand a chance with the wind. We are trying to get a cover size which would fit better. We were thinking of purchasing the Adco RV Cover w/ Tyre Gards for 5th Wheel Trailer - All-Climate + Wind - Tyvek - 34foot Long Item # 290-34855 or Camco UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover - 34foot Long Item # CAM45755 Thank You

Going with the correct fit for your 2010 Jayco Eagle RLDS will be better than going with one larger. Having too much material whipping around in the wind will cause it to become damaged easier than a snug fit. I looked up your 2010 Jayco Eagle RLDS and it looks to be a little over 35 feet in length. The most heavy duty fit we have would be the Adco RV Cover w/ Tyre Gards for 5th Wheel Trailer - All-Climate + Wind - Tyvek # 290-34856 which is the correct size and would do the best agains your harsh weather and winds as that's what it's designed for.
