What is 5th Wheel Towing Capacity of 2018 Ram 2500 with Factory Rail Kit

The tow capacity for a 2018 Ram 2500 is between 9,910 to 12,830 lbs depending on how it is equipped. Since you have the factory rail kit in the bed of your truck fitting a hitch to your truck is very easy. If you have a short bed you'd want the slider B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3670 which has more than enough capacity and is considered by nearly all fifth wheelers to be the best option.

If you have a long bed truck instead you'd need the fixed version of this hitch part # BWRVK3600. Slider hitches are designed to give short bed trucks the needed clearance to make tight turns. Long bed trucks do no need that additional clearance.
