Yes, a Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # C16541 will work in a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab truck. You would first need a rail kit like the Reese Rail Kit # RP50140-58 installed onto your vehicle, but once installed you could put the # C16541 onto the rails and be ready to tow a fifth wheel hitch.
Typically, long bed trucks will not use slider hitches since they usually do not need the additional clearance that a slider can provide, but there is no reason that it would not work in the bed of your truck.
If you wanted a comparable fifth wheel hitch to the # C16541 without the slider you would want a Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928.
