How to Get Matching Keys for the 2 Bike Add-On for Thule T2 Pro XTR
Question:
if I already have the base unit, and want to get the add-on, how do you get the keys so they all match? Do you have to take it to a locksmith and have them changed?

I do have a way for you to match the lock cores on the 2 Bike Add-On part # TH9036XT to your Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV but it would not be able to be accomplished before purchase. If the add on bike rack did not come with the same lock core/key number as the original, then you would need to swap them out with lock cores that have the same key number as the original. In order to do this you will need a change key part # 853-1251 and the correct lock cores part TH### with the "###" being the lock core or key numbers on your original rack. You don't need a locksmith as you can easily do this yourself.
