Troubleshooting Right Turn Signal of Trailer Wiring Not Functioning
Question:
I installed the 56012 and my fuses are in the correct position as well as relays. The left trailer light works in all phases, but right trailer light doesnt respond at all. The light kit is new and was previously checked with my dads truck and all light functions worked properly. What now?

Have you tested the pin with the green wire leading to it with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to see if there is voltage there when the right blinker is on? If the right stop light is working but not the blinker on the trailer it's most likely the fault of # C56012. Typically it's a bad fuse or relay that causes this but sometimes it can be that the trailer wiring connector isn't making full contact.
