The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118617 is exactly what you need to add a 4-way to your 2018 Dodge Durango that does not have the factory tow package.
This connector will only require you plug in its connectors behind your tail lights and run a hot lead to your battery. I have added a link to an installation video of this harness on a Durango so you can check out the process.
