There is not a specific psi you should be at for either the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88396 or Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703 that fit your 2015 Ford F-250, although the instructions for the Air Lift do state "The springs in this kit will support approximately 40 lbs. of load (combined on both springs) for each 1 PSI of pressure" which may be helpful.
You only need to make sure you have enough air pressure to maintain a level ride height so you will need to adjust the psi to see what works for your particular truck.
To make this a much easier process I highly recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000. This compressor system uses a wireless remote control and automatically maintains pressure levels and also gives you diagnostic reports so that you don't have to constantly keep checking the psi on both springs.
