Question:
Hi, I received most of the information I was looking for, but still need to know what modifications, i.e. an electrical pump to circulate fluid I need to make to an automatic transmission AWD 2005 Rav~ in order to flat tow it behind a 2014 Coachmen Class C Freelander with a 5000 lb tow capacity. Thank you so much for your help!

I can help you with the parts that you need to flat tow your 2005 Toyota RAV4 behind your 2014 Coachmen Freelander. A complete flat towing setup includes a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.
For a base plate kit and compatible tow bar/safety cables I recommend the Demco Base Plate Kit # DM9517115 and the Demco Commander II Tow Bar # DM9511012.
Then for wiring you can use the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which is very easy to connect after the initial installation. I took a look at the online version of your owner's manual and it looks like you need to keep your key in the ACC position while flat towing. Because of this I also recommend installing the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 which, once wired to the middle pin of the 6-Way, will keep your battery from dying.
Since you are wanting to flat tow a 2005 model vehicle I do recommend using the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR braking system. This is very easy to setup and can be interchanged between vehicles without effort. You may need to also install the 12V Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power this unit.
Most flat towing setups require a high-low adapter for the tow bar to remain level while towing. I have linked our selection of adapters for you to check out as well as an article that will help you determine which is the best one for your application.
I have attached some extra resources for you to reference as well but you will also want to check your copy of the owner's manual and follow any special instructions.
