Is a Base Plate Kit Compatible with E-Autogrilles Bumper on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

I would like to know what baseplates would work with my aftermarket bumper. I do not want to use the d-rings. The bumper is from E-Autogrilles. Thank you very much

None of our manufacturers have ever tested a fit with an E-Autogrilles bumper so at this point the only thing guaranteed to fit the bumper on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited are D-Ring adapters. These are actually much more cost-effective than a base plate kit and as long as your bumper is rated for towing they are a great option.

If your D-Ring mounts are 1" thick then you would need part # RM-035-1 but if they are 3/4" thick instead you would need part # RM-035. These are compatible with the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 which has a 6K weight capacity. If you don't already have safety cables I recommend part # RM-643 which also have a weight capacity of 6K.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
