For your 2019 VW Atlas with raised side rails I highly recommend going with an option from Yakima, which consists of the Yakima Jetstream Crossbars # Y00426 and TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y33TR.
This will give you a roof rack which not only looks great but uses aero bars with ridges that helps give you a very quiet ride. The bars are 60" long to fit the width of your Atlas and have T-slots which will allow you to use channel-mounting accessories.
I also recommend using SKS Lock Cores # Y07204 to lock the rack to your VW and help protect your investment.
