To install the CURT Trailer Hitch, # C15445, on a 2011 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis only model, you will need to drill two holes in the frame using a 9/16 inch drill bit. These holes are for the forward most attachment points on the vehicle. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
For this hitch, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # EBMK2416. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. If you need trailer wiring for your truck, use 4-Pole Hardwire Kit, # 18252.
