It's actually a pretty simple solution. Part # RP30156 is an adapter that fits into your 2019 Ford F-250's factory puck system and lets you use a hitch that fits industry standard rails. If you're going to use your existing hitch this is all you need.

With that being said your new truck is a short bed. If your hitch is a fixed hitch you may be better off replacing it with a slider that fits into the factory kit. A sliding fifth wheel hitch helps with turning clearance so your trailer doesn't hit your truck's cab. If you'd rather look at this route I've linked our selection of hitches that fit directly into the pucks. My top choice is the B&W Companion, part # BWRVK3370, because of the 1 inch thick dual jaws. This gives you great contact with your trailer's king pin to prevent jarring and chucking.
