Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendations for 2018 Ford F-350 with Rail Kit

We just bought a 2018 Ford F350 and our Curt hitch doesnt fit the puck system. Looking for recommendations.

Easiest solution would be to use the Reese rail kit adapter part # RP30156 which fits the rail kit of your 2018 Ford F-350 and provides a set of industry standard rails that your Curt hitch would fit directly.

Or for a hitch to fit the rail kit of your truck directly the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300 is basically the best option around. It fits the pucks directly and will give you what most in the RV world consider the best fifth wheel hitch you can get. This is a fixed hitch so it would be the correct hitch to use if you have a long bed truck. If instead you have a short bed you'd need the slider version part # BWRVK3370.
