Troubleshooting Stop/Turn Circuit on Trailer Wiring Not Functioning
Question:
Have a cargo trailer everything on the trailer work but the right turn signal and brake light does not work. But the nite light still work on the same side

Expert Reply:
The running light circuit is on a separate wire from the stop/turn circuit on trailer wiring so that to me indicates you have an issue on that circuite being carried from your tow vehicle to your trailer. Typically when this happens it's a dirty trailer connector. It only take a little bit of corrosion to prevent a circuit from activating. Try inspecting and cleaning your trailer connector pins and most likely it'll start working again. I attached a help article on troubleshooting trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
