can I use this to connect from 100lb cylinder 12 feet to a Generac Generator needing 11 - 12 inch water column? What is the output of in inch water column of CAM 59005?

The output of Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59005 is indeed an 11 inch water column. You can use it with your current tank system. You will likely also need a POL to 1/4" MPT adapter fitting # 204037-MBS to use the regulator with a 100 pound tank.
