For the 2018 Infiniti QX30 we have the Curt trailer hitch part # C13197 which is a confirmed fit and would work well. It fits the Sport and non-Sport models too. It has plenty of towing capacity at 600 lb tongue weight and 4,000 lb total trailer weight.

For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 118736 which is also a confirmed custom fit as well.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
