Replacement Vent Covers for Arctic Fox Travel Trailer

Question:

I am looking at your Maxaire vent covers and I am confused about the measurements. I own an Artic Fox travel trailer. It has a vent in the bathroom that I measure at 13inch square. It has 2 other vents that I measure at 16inch square. However, all the vent covers I see have different dimensions. Can you clarify this for me?

Most roof vents follow the standard size opening. That size is 14-1/4 inches by 14x1/4 inches but it is most commonly referred to as 14 x14. Many different vents on the inside and outside flanges can have different measurements to gain a certain look and feel, but nearly all of them still follow the standard opening. The biggest difference is the hinge style and then the way the lift arm connects. There are of course a few that are actually bigger, so I recommend measuring the outside lip of the vent when the cover is raised.

I've linked the page to all the cover options we carry to assist as well as a photo of the different hinge styles.
