Does Curt A20 5th Wheel Hitch # C16044 Fit 2015 Ram 3500 with Factory Rail Kit

I have 2015 RAM 3500 long bed with towing prep installed. I use the goose neck ball for a horse trailer presently Questions: Is this hitch complete for 5th wheel RV towing ie. anything else needed? Does it fit the 2015 RAM 3500 ? What does inch under bed rails mean? THanks

For your 2015 Ram 3500 with the factory rail kit the Curt A20 fifth wheel hitch part # C16044 is the correct fit and would work well. It attaches directly to the 4 pucks that are to the outside of the gooseneck ball you have in your truck bed.

This hitch is designed for an "underbed" rail kit which means the rails sit under the bed like what you have and not on top of the bed which takes up bed space.
