Hi! While there is not a database of parts for each year, make and model of trailer or motorhome there is likely going to be a roof vent lid that works for you. For example the Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents # FVK1020-19 is close to 15" x 15" and fits Fan-Tastic Vent models FV801200, FV801208, FV801250, FV807350, FV802250, FV803350, and FV800900.

You also need to know the hinge style of your vent, and I have attached a diagram which displays the different style of hinges on roof vents.

There is also the universal MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid # MA00-335001 which has a hinge which will fit directly with the Ventline Ventadome or a universal-fit hinge that will work with Elixir, Ventline, Jensen, Hengs and other assemblies by drilling into your vent; this lid measures 15-1/2" long x 14-3/4" wide x 3-1/2" tall.
