Troubleshooting Blue Screen on Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera After Car Wash

Question:

Camera worked fine. Washed my truck the next morning get up to use the truck and the monitor is blue but the sensors work I can not find anything wrong it is on a f350 ford

I'm wondering if the recent car wash may have knocked a wire loose.
