In order to convert your boat trailer from hydraulic brakes to electric drum brakes you will need to pick out compatible brake assemblies rated for your axle weight and a new 7-Way wiring harness. You will want to verify that your existing hub drums are compatible with electric brakes (most are compatible with both hydraulic and electric assemblies but you will still want to check to be sure) and simply choose a set that fits the drum's diameter and depth and has a matching weight capacity to your trailer axle.
For example the etrailer.com Electric Brake Assembly # AKEBRK-35L that you were looking at has a 10 inch diameter and 2-1/4 inch width. It is designed for 3,500 pound axles and features a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern. You will need to make sure that this matches the mounting flange on your trailer axle as well.
Then for a 7-Way connector I recommend using the etrailer # HS381-9000 which includes a junction box.
I have attached a great article that details every item needed to add electric drum brakes to a trailer that you can also reference.
