Only One Side of 4/7-Way Trailer Connector Works
Question:
My 2013 f250 7 point connector is not working my trailer lights. The 4 point next to it works the lights fine. What is the problem. Never seen this happen.

Do you have a factory 4/7-way trailer connector on your 2013 Ford F-250? If so then the 7-way functions are supplied by the wires for the 4-way so if none of them are working then you may just need to replace the trailer connector with part # HM40975. I can't see any other reason as to why the 4-way would be working if the 7-way is not as they both use the same circuit/wires.
The ground for the 7-way trailer connector could also be bad so I would check this first before replacing. I have attached a review video for you as well.
