Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory Rail Kit
Question:
I am looking for a 5th wheel hitch for the oem 5th wheel prep package. Is a slider or auto slider needed or would it benefit me in anyway? Ive had a reese 16k for a rail mount on an swb f250, did not like the noisy popping i had with it. Can you give me some suggestions 2018 ford f350 srw lwb

Since your 2018 Ford F-350 is a long bed you do not need a slider hitch. Slider hitches are for giving extra turning clearance for short bed trucks. So a fixed hitch like the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300 would be an excellent option confirmed as a fit. This will fit your factory rail kit directly and will give you the best hitch around. Check out the review video I attached to this page that shows this hitch installed in a 2018 F-350 just like yours as well.
