Tow Ready Tail Light Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2010 Ford E-350 Van
Question:
I have a 2010 Ford E-350 XLT passenger van and originally thought I could just use a heavy duty flasher unit. Not so, the flasher units are individual electronic relays in teh main fuse box under the hood I discovered. The van does not have the trailer tow package so the installed Curt snap together flat plug wiring installation results in fast-flashing turnsignals. I tow a vaariety of trailers with lights-only wiring, no electric brakes. I would opt for the heaviest current carrying Modulite so future trailer lamp loads would be covered. Is the 119250KIT setup appropriate for the Ford E-350 van? Thanks in advance.

The recommended wiring kit for your 2010 Ford E-350 XLT would be the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118551. This is the correct wiring kit for your vehicle and it has been tested to work so you should have no problem with it.
The Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Wiring Kit # 119250KIT that you referenced would not be the correct kit for your vehicle. This kit is designed to be used on vehicles with separate tail light circuits. By that I mean the vehicle would have a separate bulb for the blinkers from the bulbs for the brake lights.
