Thermoplastic Vs. Vinyl Spare Tire Covers
Question:
Hello, I have a small duck boat in camouflage with a camouflage trailer with 5.30-12 Tires. I believe this cover would fit my spare tire. I usually see spare tire covers in Vinyl and not Thermoplastic Polymer Camouflage. Can you tell the difference, is the cover shiny? Would it be noisy normally or in the cold? Is this material close to the look and feel of Vinyl? My other option would be to just go with a brown or black vinyl cover. Thanks,

The Adco Spare Tire Cover part # 290-8760 is indeed the correct size spare tire cover for your 5.30-12 tires. As you mentioned, it is constructed of a durable thermoplastic polymer. The reason for the thermoplastic as opposed to vinyl is because it is easier to print on than vinyl. It feels just like vinyl but is a bit smoother to the touch. I wouldn't really say one is glossier than the other. There shouldn't be an excessive noise with the cover.
If you would like a black vinyl cover instead then you will want to use the Adco Spare Tire Cover part # 290-1740. I have attached review video for you as well.
