Can the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack be Used to Move a 4,950 lbs 2005 Jayco Feather 23B Trailer
Question:
Would this be a good choice for maneuvering my 4,950 lb 2005 Jayco feather 23b? The lane isnt wide enough to make it to the fulcrum point so I have to my trailer and manually complete the turn on my dual axle trailer with a hand cart which is not how I want to end my vacation every time. Suggestions? Thanks,

As long as the tongue weight of your 4,950 lb 2005 Jayco Feather 23B does not exceed the 500 lb weight rating of the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack # STC-V211 then yes, this is an excellent product that will help make maneuvering your trailer much less of a chore.
Since a properly loaded trailer will have a tongue weight that is 10-15% of the weight of the trailer you may be pushing that 500 lb tongue weight limit though. If you are unsure of your tongue weight you can use a scale like part # e99044 or one of the methods in the linked article.
If you do exceed the 500 lb tongue weight limit then we actually have the Trailer Valet XL # TVXL2 for a 2" coupler or # TVXL25 for a 2-5/16" coupler. Both of these have a tongue weight rating of 1,000 lbs and operate the same way as the frame mount version you referenced.
The biggest difference between the 2 styles is that the ball mount version comes with the drill attachment # TVDA where the frame mount does not. I have attached some review videos for you to check out.
