Is this the replacement motor for a Fan-Tastic B8100?

If your Fan-Tastic B-Series Vent is equipped with a 17-rpm motor and was manufactured in or after 2014 then the Replacement Lift Motor # FVK6010-81 that you referenced is indeed a direct replacement and will work perfectly. If your vent assembly happened to have been manufactured before 2014 then the motor will actually still work but you will need to cross the red and black wires.
