The correct 5th wheel wiring harness I recommend for your 2016 Ford F-350 is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole part # C56000. In order to install this 5th wheel wiring harness or any 5th wheel wiring harness for that matter you will need to use a 2" hole saw.
