The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-06401K that you referenced is not made in the USA, but we do have similar assemblies from Fan-Tastic Vent that are.
I recommend taking a look at the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV801250. This roof vent features a variable-speed, reversible 12V fan and a simple 2-wire installation. It has a smoke-colored polyethylene dome to filter out UV rays while still allowing light in. It uses a rough opening size of 14-1/4 inches x 14-1/4 inches. This unit is made in the USA.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
