I’m looking for a 5th wheel rail kit for a 2016 ram 2500 used in conjunction with a 16k slider hitch.

For your 2016 Ram 2500, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50054-58. This will give you the no drill brackets for the frame of your truck as well as the 10 bolt rails that will be compatible with the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider # C95DR.
You may also be interested in the Bargman wiring harness # 50-97-410 to give you a second 7-way in the bed of your truck for more convenient access and a clean look.
