Outboard Base Rails for a 2015 Ford F-150
Question:
I have a 2015 f150 crew with a 6 1/2 bed. This kit has the outer brackets and the rail. I purchased a used 15k Reese with rails, so I purchased the outer brackets only to find the rails I have are only 43.5” so they are too narrow for the outer brackets. What is the part # for the correct rails ONLY?

Expert Reply:
It sounds like you need outboard base rails which means the bolts that attach the rails to the frame brackets are located outside the frame rail which makes for an easier install. If this is the case then you will want to use the Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails part # RP30153.
