where can i find the brake controller port on my 2014 ford expedition xl with 4 prong harness?

The plug-in brake controller adapter port on your 2014 Ford Expedition is located behind the dash panel up near the OBDII port where your right knee would be positioned while seated in the driver's seat. You can see this in both the attached photo and install video.
If you have a Tekonsha brand brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 part # 90195 then you can use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3034-P. If you have a different brand of brake controller please let me know what that is and I would be happy to see if we have the correct adapter for you.
