What are the dimensions of the mounting holes. The distance between the holes.

I went out to the warehouse and measure the bolt hole pattern and diameter on the Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack, # F1413040134. Up and down they are 3-1/2 inches on center. Left to right they are 4-1/2 inches on center. The bolt holes are 1/2 inch in diameter.
