The length is good on the EZ Flex system # K71-653-00 but the height may be different depending on where you are measuring that 4-3/4 inches. On the EZ Flex the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the center line between the 2 bottom holes, straight up and down, is 2-7/8 inches. If your 4-3/4 inch measurement is diagonal then you will be good to go with this kit.

For a u-bolt kit you can use # APUBR-9.

The shocks might actually feel more effective with the EZ Flex kit installed. I would keep them unless they're shot.

Depending on the length you need (measured from the center of 1 eye to the center of the other eye with little to no weight on the spring) we have several options for 6,000 pound axles. We have a 5-leaf, 25-1/4 long spring, # e34SR 6-leaf, 26 inch long spring # SP-053275 4-leaf, 25-1/8 inch long spring # SP-221275 Single leaf, 25-1/4 inch long spring # SP-115275 Measurements between these springs and yours may not be exact. Leaf springs can flatten out some over time so you may see a slightly longer measurement than the options above.
