How Do Slider Hitches Normally Get Slid Back into Manuever Position

Do you have any videos of how to put the hitch in the maneuver postion for when backing in tight positions? Thanks

If you check out the installation video I attached for the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051 that you referenced you'll be able to see how the slider mechanism activates.

Normally what people do when towing is release the slider mechanism and then use the manual override lever of the their brake controller to hold the trailer in place so that they can pull forward and the hitch will slide back into place.
