I have a solution for you, you will need to get the etrailer Round, A-Frame Jack # TJA-5000S-B that you referenced, and then you will need to install a Pro Series 6", Detachable Caster w/ Pin for 2" Diameter Jacks - 1,200 lbs # PS1400750340.
The # BTJA-5000S-B has a 5,000 lb capacity, and the # PS1400750340 has a capacity of 1,200 lbs you would have a jack setup with 15 inches of rise, 1,200 lb capacity and has a caster wheel.
