Is the #7 pin manditory for ABS Breaks ?

If you have a commercial trailer with air brakes and it doesn't have an onboard ABS system then the 7th/center pin on the Pollak 7-Pole Round Pin Connector # PK11700 would need to be active. It really just depends on your trailer's particular setup. Otherwise the center pin can simply be used for auxiliary function or not used at all.
