For a front hitch confirmed as a fit for your 2016 Ford F-450 we have the Draw Tite part # 65049 which will work great as a way to mount your front hitch. Once installed the winch mount part # BDW20155 that you referenced would fit and work well to carry a Bulldog Winch like the 12k Standard Series # BDW10043.
