I cannot say I am familiar with the 5th wheel hitch you are referencing but judging by the mounting feet, this hitch used a custom underbed mounting kit that I am sure is no longer available. Therefore, no we do not have a way to make this hitch fit your 1997 Ford F-350. Instead, I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30051 if you have a short bed or the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30047 if you have a long bed. In order to install either hitch you can then use the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit part # RP30035.
The above two hitches are both excellent options for you and will be the most cost effective we can offer. They have a four way pivoting head for easy coupling/uncoupling and come with a warranty. I have attached a review video of each for you as well.
